She combines therapeutic approaches in order to meet the needs of my client. She approaches therapy with a mixture of therapeutic strategies, but her work is primarily based on cognitive behavioral techniques and a person-centered approach. These techniques are worked into therapy utilizing art, play, drama, and bibliotherapy where appropriate.
